The report on the digital divide in the city during 2020 is a diagnosis of the level of internet access and the different uses of information and communication technologies (ICT) that aims to measure the level of digitalization of citizenship and identify present and future needs and opportunities.
Based on the 2016 survey, the 2020 report updates key indicators, expands the number of indicators according to the current context, and complements the study with data from alternative sources to the main survey.
